Shipping and returns

Shipping

We ship all over Australia orders via AusPost eParcels. All our shipments are sent tracked and require a signature upon delivery. You may choose to forgo the requirement for a signature upon delivery, however, in doing so we take no responsibility for any packages marked as delivered by Australia Post.

We aim to ship all orders within 2-4 business days of the placement of order. Note that during particularly busy periods there may be extended delays, but we endeavour to minimise these where possible.

We test all blasters before sending them out to our customers to ensure that we are sending you a functional working blaster.

Please note we do not currently accept orders from outside of Australia.

While Gel Blasters are toys and NOT firearms, it is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of any local, state or federal restrictions on their use and possession within their jurisdiction.

Returns

Our returns policy is valid for 30 days after the placement of order.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Defects

If the product is found to be defective, please contact us in the first instance and describe the fault you’re encountering. We will then proceed with the refund request.

Once we’ve confirmed that the defect is accurate we will organise with you to return the product, and organise either a repair, replacement product or refund.

Once the item has been returned to us we will notify you of either the acceptance or rejection of your refund request. Once your refund has been accepted you will be refunded via the same means you paid for the order.

We cannot process any returns of defective product if you or a third party have either:

  • pulled the product apart,
  • replaced any parts,
  • or have used a battery other than that which was supplied with the blaster.

General returns

If you made an error in selecting your product, you may contact us within 30 days of placement of order. If the product has already been shipped to you there will be a 20% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for all costs associated with sending us back the product.

Once the product has been received and we are happy with the condition in which it has been returned we will issue a refund via the same means in which the original order was paid.
